Vanderbilt is gearing up for Commencement May 11–12, and your help is needed to celebrate our graduates and their families.
The university has various volunteer opportunities for Graduates Day and the Commencement Celebration on Thursday, May 11, and the Class of 2023’s main and undergraduate ceremonies on Friday, May 12.
Opportunities include passing out water and fans, working check-in tables, serving as a greeter and more.
Volunteers for Commencement will receive the following:
- snacks and drinks
- a gift for volunteering
- a great opportunity to network with others across campus
- the chance to play a vital role in one of the university’s largest and most prestigious events
