Sidewalk, entrance to One Magnolia Circle building closed beginning March 20

The front entrance and sidewalk to One Magnolia Circle will be closed for 12 weeks beginning Monday, March 20, for upgrades to the sidewalk and front ramp.

The north and south entrances to the building will remain open for general building access during the renovations. Pedestrians will be rerouted to the east side of Magnolia Circle. Signage and fencing will be in place to help navigate around the work zone.

ADA access will be available on the south side of the building through the Susan Gray School entrance ramp and on the northeast side using the ramp coming down from Magnolia Circle. Due to the location and the need to ensure the safety of children at the school, accessible entry to the Susan Gray School/One Magnolia Circle will need to be coordinated in advance. Staff and faculty should contact Equal Opportunity and Access, and students should contact Student Access.

The parking spaces in front of the building will not be usable during the renovation period; however, two ADA spots remain accessible to the right of the crosswalk. The bike rack in front of the building will be closed during renovations; all bikes must be removed from this rack before March 20. The closest alternate bike parking is across Magnolia Lawn, in front of the Mayborn Building.
