Join HR Employee Learning and Engagement for #IamRemarkable on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
The workshop aims to empower underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. The goal is to:
- encourage everyone, but particularly those in underrepresented groups, to develop the confidence and competence to engage in self-promotion; and
- raise awareness of the challenges facing underrepresented groups in engaging in self-promotion.
