Deadline to apply for daily parking for January garage access

Commuting needs change over time. MoveVU’s updated parking calculator, with the added feature of specifying the number of weeks you’re on campus, can help determine which parking option may be best for you. Considering how many weeks per year you are on campus (and excluding time off for vacations, winter break, etc.) may alter your calculations.

Those already enrolled in the daily parking program or who wish to keep your annual permit do not need to reapply for the new semester. If you are interested in switching to daily parking for garage access starting Jan. 1, 2023, applications must be submitted by 8 a.m. on Dec. 20. Make sure to email parking@vanderbilt.edu by Dec. 31 to cancel your annual parking permit.

Apply for the daily parking program >>

If you choose to switch to daily parking after January, applications are continually accepted on a rolling basis. Apply by the 25th of each month to be enrolled by the first day of the following month.

Those who participate in the daily parking program are eligible to earn a $0.50 sustainable commute incentive each weekday they commute via walking, biking, WeGo bus or train (free with your physical Commodore Card), carpool or vanpool. Vehicle ownership is not required to participate in the daily parking program.
