The Initiative for Race Research and Justice will host an online event featuring Dr. André L. Churchwell, vice chancellor for outreach, inclusion and belonging and chief diversity officer at Vanderbilt University, on Wednesday, Nov. 9. Churchwell will discuss his book, The Other Side: A Collection of Writings and Drawings, from noon to 1 p.m. CT.
Registrants will receive a Zoom link two days prior to the event.
The Initiative for Race Research and Justice holds a lunch-and-learn event each fall and spring, primarily for Vanderbilt scholars who are authors to share their work.
