Business cards and stationery products that reflect the university’s refreshed visual identity are now available for order through Vanderbilt Printing Services.
Items can be ordered through Printing Services’ Digital StoreFront system. Primary Vanderbilt University-branded products featuring the new marks as well as school-specific templates for use by faculty and staff are available.
In addition to updated brand-compliant stationery templates, the Digital StoreFront gives users the option to upload a custom file for print as a brochure, flyer or poster or even large signs and graphics. Billing is internal and charged directly to a user’s department through Oracle ICT. Access to the Digital StoreFront is integrated with Vanderbilt single sign-on, giving users the ability to access their order history quickly and reorder products as needed.
“Digital StoreFront provides Vanderbilt with an end-to-end self-service print workflow that is comparable to most large-scale commercial vendors,” said Sean Carroll, senior director of auxiliary services. “Our goal is to drive efficiency, reduce repetitive and manual design tasks, and ultimately add value to our internal customers, all while maintaining our new visual identity standards.”
Carroll notes that the online product catalog available in Digital StoreFront is virtually unlimited, and departments can request new products and templates at any time. To access Digital StoreFront, visit vu.edu/print and select “Start your Order.”
