Center for Student Wellbeing offers weekly well-being practices

The Center for Student Wellbeing’s weekly well-being practices offer great ways to relax or receive support around well-being and academic concerns. All services are on a drop-in basis, which means you can attend whenever is convenient for you, no registration required. Weekly well-being practices will be offered through April 29.

Mondays

  • Meditation Mondays (in partnership with Peabody OSEW)
    • 12:30–12:55 p.m. | Hybrid Zoom/CSW Meditation Room
  • Well-being Coaching Drop-in
    • 2–4 p.m. | Commons Center 216

Tuesdays

  • Vanderbilt Recovery Support Meeting
    • Noon–1 p.m. | VRS Lounge at the CSW
  • Academic Coaching Drop-in
    • Noon–2 p.m. | BCC Resource Room

Wednesdays

  • Academic Coaching Drop-in
    • 1–3 p.m. | CSW Classroom
  • Color Me Relaxed
    • 3–4 p.m. (every 1st and 3rd Wednesday) | CSW Classroom

Thursdays

  • VRS Pride Meeting
    • 12:15–1 p.m. (2nd and 4th Thursday of the month) | VRS Lounge at the CSW
  • Meditation

  • Well-being Coaching Drop-in
