COVID-19 testing center closed for Thursday, Jan. 6

The Nashville area is under a winter storm warning until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 6. The forecast calls for mixed precipitation, with possible snow accumulations of 3–5 inches for portions of Middle Tennessee.

The COVID-19 testing center at the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center will be CLOSED as of 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 6. Students, faculty and staff who were planning to be tested on Thursday should postpone until Sunday, Jan. 9 through Thursday, Jan. 13 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Any faculty, staff or students planning to travel to campus for any reason are strongly encouraged to evaluate road conditions and use discretion in choosing whether to make the commute. Personal safety is the first priority.
