The Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center’s next Work-Life Workshop will be on Thursday, Jan. 13, from noon to 1:30 p.m. CT via Zoom. The topic will be an Enneagram workshop conducted by Liz Perez, a licensed marriage and family therapist.
The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions.
The Work-Life Workshop series is for faculty, staff, graduate students and postdocs and covers a blend of self-care and professional development topics such as navigating organizational politics, mindfulness and stress management, salary negotiation strategies and more.
