The Office of Conflict of Interest and Commitment Management (OCICM) is launching the new Vanderbilt University Conflict Disclosure System (CDS). The new system follows the recommendations of university stakeholders and is designed to make the disclosure process more efficient and user-friendly.
All Vanderbilt University full-time, part-time, temporary or adjunct faculty and staff are required to make annual conflict of interest and/or commitment disclosures in the new system, even if a disclosure has been made within the past year in the old system. You will receive an email from coi@vanderbilt.edu the week of March 22 once the CDS is available for use.
