Students in Class of 2023 spring into immersion with March events; deadline to submit proposals is April 1

Spring into Immersion 2021

Students in the Class of 2023 who still need to submit immersion plan proposals will find many events and resources designed to help them meet this goal. The April 1 deadline is approaching for students who matriculated during the summer and fall of 2019 and those tracking with that class. The Office of Immersion Resources has coordinated several events, workshops and informational sessions in the coming weeks to provide the help students need.

All events will be virtual and hosted through Zoom. The list of events for the first two weeks of March is below, and links can be found on the immersion portal. These events provide opportunities for students to brainstorm project ideas, ask for guidance on writing their plan proposals, and meet faculty from the various schools and colleges. At all events, students have a chance to speak with immersion ambassadors to get the student peer perspective on developing and submitting an immersion plan.

An Updated list of events can be found on the immersion portal throughout the month of March and in the weekly student newsletters. Questions can be directed to the Office of Immersion Resources.
