Human Resources announces well-being initiativesNov. 16, 2020, 8:00 AM
Vanderbilt University Human Resources is excited to announce new well-being initiatives for 2021. These will include campus and community resources to enhance faculty and staff members’ well-being.
Well-being can be defined as a person living a rich, full life. It is multidimensional. In order to achieve well-being, employees must have a balance of several key elements: emotional, career, social, financial and physical. The new well-being initiatives will include:
- a well-being resource guide where employees can find campus and community resources
- a quarterly well-being newsletter with information covering all parts of well-being
- guides and support for forming and maintaining affinity groups

Employees can find a list of well-being resource groups (both campus and community) located here.
