The Vanderbilt Software Carpentries two-week boot camp is scheduled for Nov. 2–5 and Nov. 9–12 from 3 to 5 p.m. each day.
The boot camp will feature:
- Intro to Unix
- Intro to Git and Version Control
- Intro to Python
The event is sponsored by the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, the Vanderbilt Research IT Service, the Jean and Alexander Heard Libraries, the Vanderbilt Data Science Institute and the Advanced Computing Center for Research and Education.
