The caregiving journey is different for everyone, but most caregivers agree the experience can be overwhelming.
Kayse Martin, community outreach and volunteer coordinator for the Council on Aging of Middle Tennessee, will discuss resources and services that the Council on Aging has available for those who are caring from a distance or living with an older adult.
The lunchtime session is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 2 to 3 p.m.
