The Vanderbilt School of Medicine’s Master of Public Health program will sponsor a virtual Stata Boot Camp on three consecutive Fridays in October.
The three-day short course will be conducted via Zoom and is intended for those who need a refresher in the very basics of Stata, or statistical software for data science. The interactive sessions will provide participants with additional exposure to the statistical software package, with plenty of time for hands-on practice.
Boot camp is on the following dates, from 9 a.m. to noon each session:
- Friday, Oct. 9
- Friday, Oct. 16
- Friday, Oct. 23
The course is open to graduate and professional students, faculty and staff in the university and VUMC communities.
Register for the Stata Boot Camp here by Monday, Oct. 5.
