The Vanderbilt community is answering the call to Anchor Down and Step Up to help slow the spread of COVID-19. These efforts are being commemorated in a collection of limited-edition items now available in a new online store.
The Anchor Down. Step Up. Pop-up Store features frameable prints, t-shirts, stickers and enamel pins. A plush squirrel with a removable face mask is also available. Vanderbilt’s Division of Communications commissioned Nashville-based Anderson Design Group to create the artworks, and local artist and animator Susanna Pritchett designed the squirrel illustration featured on the enamel pins as well as many of the campaign posters across campus.

Proceeds from the sale of items in the pop-up store will benefit Vanderbilt’s COVID-19 Research and Innovation Fund, which supports researchers and innovators from across the university addressing the medical, societal and interpersonal effects of the pandemic, and Opportunity Vanderbilt, the university’s financial aid program that meets 100 percent of eligible students’ demonstrated need without loans.
The Anchor Down. Step Up. Pop-up Store will be open for a limited time, and merchandise will be available while supplies last.
