Are you at risk for obstructive sleep apnea?

Obstructive sleep apnea is a common disorder involving abnormal breathing during sleep that can result in disrupted sleep, daytime sleepiness and, if left untreated, increased risk for several conditions including heart problems and stroke.

Log in to the Health Plus Health Guide to complete the “Am I at Risk for Obstructive Sleep Apnea?” wellness action in Step 2 of the Wellness Action Log of Go for the Gold.
