As part of continuing construction in the West End Neighborhood, portions of 25th Avenue and Vanderbilt Place will be repaved starting Tuesday, May 12.
The repaving will occur in five phases, with the initial work occurring on Vanderbilt Place May 12–15. Work will continue on 25th Avenue May 18–22. The work will occur tentatively from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
At least one lane of 25th Avenue and Vanderbilt Place will remain open at all times. Traffic officers will be stationed at the 25th Avenue and Kensington Promenade, and at 25th Avenue and Vanderbilt Place, to help with traffic flow.
All work is weather dependent, and any changes in the schedule will be communicated accordingly.
