The Next Steps at Vanderbilt Summer Institute is an inclusive higher education preparatory experience for young adults with intellectual disability, ages 17-25. The summer institute dates are June 21–26.
NSSI is now accepting applications for counselors. All undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply.
NSSI provides Vanderbilt students with a hands-on experience, and the responsibilities tasked to counselors greatly enhance one’s skills for an array of professions. Counselors receive training and support from Next Steps staff.
