If you’d like to increase your skills for dealing with conflict, the Crucial Conversations workshop provides a model that will grow your capacity to skillfully address emotionally and politically risky issues in order to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome.
Crucial Conversations is facilitated by Vanderbilt HR’s Learning and Organizational Development team. The two-day workshop is conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on two non-consecutive days—Friday, Feb. 14, and Friday, Feb. 21—in the Baker Building 10th Floor Human Resources Training Room.

The workshop fee is $265 for materials. Participants will receive the Crucial Conversations Toolkit and a copy of the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stake are High.
