As part of the Office for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness’ (PIE) enhanced mission and expanded scope, the Vanderbilt Institutional Research Group (VIRG) website has been decommissioned.
Information is now maintained on a new website that features university data sources, tools and reports, such as:
- The Faculty Registry,
- Common Data Set,
- The Factbook in an interactive Tableau format,
- Baseline and
- an overview of University Surveys.
The Factbook and the Census Day Enrollment reports provide publicly available information about the number of students and faculty at Vanderbilt on an annual basis. Censuses are taken during each fall semester.
If you need access to any downloadable reports that previously would have been located on the old VIRG website, please visit https://www.vanderbilt.edu/pie/strategic-reports to see the list of what is available and submit requests to PIE@vanderbilt.edu. These reports require an additional access review step before PIE can release them to authorized faculty and staff.
The PIE website will continue to develop over the next few months.
