The Vanderbilt Alumni Association Board announces seven new members, who began their three-year terms July 1.
“Each of these new members sets a great example for all alumni through their philanthropy and volunteerism,” says Dan Lovinger, BA’87, president of the Alumni Association Board. “That passion for Vanderbilt is a great addition to the board.”
Madani Adjali, BS’04, of Long Island City, N.Y., is director of product management at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company. He volunteers for Reunion, student alumni programs and as a VUconnect career adviser. He has served on the Engineering Alumni Council and is a member of the Oak Leaf Society that recognizes donor loyalty to Vanderbilt.
Kenan Arkan, BA’04, MBA’06, of Brooklyn, N.Y., is vice president, energy sales at Goldman Sachs. He is an Oak Leaf Society member and volunteers for Reunion, Commodore Recruitment Programs (CoRPs) and as a VUconnect career adviser.
Kelly Frailey, BA’09, of Chicago, Ill., is the US public affairs manager for McDonald’s Corporation. She is a G.O.L.D. class agent, Reunion volunteer, Giving Day Ambassador, VUconnect career adviser and Oak Leaf Society member.
Jimmy Kerrigan, BA’06, recently moved to Nashville Tenn., and will be an interventional cardiologist at St. Thomas Heart in August. He is a VUconnect career adviser, Oak Leaf Society member, former Cleveland Vanderbilt Chapter president and holds season tickets for multiple Vanderbilt sports.
Scott Morrell, BA’73, of Memphis, Tenn., is manager, corporate security at the FedEx Corporation. He is a VUconnect career adviser, volunteer for CoRPs and Reunion, and a member of the Oak Leaf Society and the Sarratt Society that recognizes donors who have made planned gifts for the university.
Rohit Sahni, BS’01, of Scarsdale, N.Y., is a partner at Harbor Spring Capital. He serves on the Ingram Scholarship Program Alumni Board and is a VUconnect career adviser.
Tori Wycoff Cooper, BS’11, of Chicago, Ill., is a people consultant for Google. She is a former San Francisco Vanderbilt Chapter president, CoRPs volunteer, Oak Leaf Society member, and has hosted a dinner for Alternative Spring Break students.
Additionally, the Vanderbilt Board of Trust selected Somto Dimobi, BE’19, of Lagos, Nigeria, to serve on the Alumni Association Board as young alumni leader before joining the Board of Trust for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2022.
