The Office of Student Accounts and the Office of Student Loans will move to the third floor of the Admissions and Financial Aid building, located at 2309 West End Ave., effective Monday, June 24.
The move is designed to combine two of the most utilized student financial areas at the university to better suit the needs of the campus community. Physically combining the two offices in one location will improve staff efficiency, expedite daily processing, allow for departmental cross-training, and improve the student experience as a whole.
Other than the physical address change, all office contact information will remain the same. All future payments and office correspondence should be addressed to the Office of Student Accounts, PMB 401671, 2301 Vanderbilt Place, Nashville, TN 37240.
