The BBC Arts Hour on Tour is coming to Blair School of Music on Monday, June 3. Admission to the event in the Steve and Judy Turner Recital Hall opens at 5:30 p.m., and the recording begins at 6 p.m.
Host Nikki Bedi will present an evening of music, comedy and discussion featuring key figures in the country music scene exploring the hottest issues in culture and the arts in Nashville, including performances by Cam and Jimmie Allen and live stand-up comedy from Trae Crowder, “The Liberal Redneck.”
Special guests also will include Tracy Gershon, co-founder of the “Change the Conversation” movement to promote women artists, and RJ Curtis, executive director of Country Radio Broadcasters.
