“Artistic Partnerships for Change: Amplifying Your Message to Advance Organizational Goals” is scheduled for Friday, April 5, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Metro Public Health Department, Centennial Room A, 2500 Charlotte Ave., Nashville. The event is sponsored by the Meharry-Vanderbilt Community Engaged Research Core.
Two artists, M. Simone Boyd and Aaron Doenges, will discuss how creative partnerships can contribute to the success of organizational goals. Both currently work as artists-in-residence at the Metro Public Health Department.
Their presentation will demonstrate the creative ways used to engage members of the community to improve health. The artists-in-residence collaboration is funded by Metro Arts: Nashville Office of Arts + Culture. Time for questions and dialogue will follow the presentation.
