Voice services ordering to be streamlined through SerVU system

Beginning Thursday, Feb. 28, university users will submit new telephone orders and requests for voice services, the university’s resource for telecommunications, through SerVU, the IT Service Management System.

The SerVU system includes new order forms and an automated approval process that will streamline and speed the voice services ordering process for the university.
