Wednesday, February 28, 11:00am-1:00 pm in Light Hall, North Lobby. Join Health Plus for this free event. Have your cholesterol and glucose checked (while supplies last), speak with a VUMC Cardiologist and Registered Dietitian, and speak with various Health & Wellness vendors to benefit your heart health. This event is sponsored by Vanderbilt Heart and Health Plus.

Step for Your Heart Challenge

Challenge your colleagues or just have fun recording your steps to celebrate heart health for a chance to win great prizes! Register and record daily steps over a 4-week period February 1-29. Details here!

Know Your Numbers Have your blood pressure, height, weight, and body mass index checked at locations on and off the Vanderbilt campus. Participants during the month of February will be entered into a prize drawing for $25 eGift Cards!
