Reminder: Religious accommodations available through EEOO

Vanderbilt provides reasonable accommodations for a person’s sincerely held religious/personal beliefs or practices unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the university. A reasonable religious accommodation is any adjustment to the work and/or work environment that will allow the individual to practice his/her religion.

An employee may make a request for religious accommodation to the Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEOO).

A Religious Accommodation Request Form may be found on EEOO’s website at or call 615-343-9336.
