Regularly scheduled maintenance is completed in Vanderbilt’s Oracle Cloud beginning on the third Friday of each month starting at 9 p.m. and ending the next day.
The next two maintenance dates are:
- Friday, Dec. 21 – Saturday, Dec. 22
- Friday, Jan. 18 – Saturday, Jan. 19
A downtime notice will be displayed on the SkyVU website while the upgrade and testing are underway and will be removed when complete and the system is available to all users.
Submit biweekly time cards in advance of downtime and winter break
Biweekly employees should submit their time cards, and their managers should approve those time cards, as soon as work is completed on Friday, Dec. 21.
If you will be working during the break, please ensure your time card is submitted and approved before 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 31.
