The Vanderbilt Master of Public Health is a two-year interdisciplinary program to train public health scientists and leaders dedicated to improving public health and preventing disease and disability. Three tracks are offered: Epidemiology, Global Health and Health Policy.
A five-year joint M.D./MPH degree is offered for students interested in acquiring tools needed to conceptualize and conduct studies using the methods accepted by premiere medical journals.
The Vanderbilt MPH program is accredited through the Council on Education for Public Health.
Students from all academic and professional backgrounds are eligible to apply.
Application deadlines:
- Global Health and Health Policy tracks: Dec. 15 (priority round) and Jan. 15 (regular round)
- Epidemiology track: Jan. 15 (priority round) and March 1 (regular round)
