On Wednesday, Sept. 19, Vanderbilt University Information Technology (VUIT) will launch a new website that will make it easier to connect with IT customer support and streamline the search process for VUIT products, services, and software.
“Our offerings and the technologies underpinning them are both changing all the time. It is crucial that we provide easy ways for our customers to find the support they need so that they can stay focused on their initiatives in learning, teaching, and research,” said John Lutz, vice chancellor for information technology.
The new website also includes links to tutorials, outage alerts, help tickets, and much more.
