Kindergarten children needed for developmental study on numbers learning

Vanderbilt researchers are looking for children in kindergarten this year to participate in a study about how children learn to process numbers and what parts of the brain change as they do so.

Time commitment: Two visits per year for three years. Visits will range from two to three hours each and involve school-like assessments and games. Lying still in an MRI scanner is a component of the study.

Visits can be scheduled during the day, on evenings, and on weekends. Participants will be compensated for their time.
