VERITAS, VU’s reporting system for employee or visitor injuries, property or auto damage, safety concerns, complaints or other incidents requiring Risk Management review, will be upgraded on Thursday, Aug. 2. For approximately eight hours, beginning at 9 a.m., the tool will not be available for use.
During this planned downtime, you may continue to report events by calling Patricia Parker (615-936-0865) or Tracy Woodard (615-343-3788) in the Office of Risk and Insurance Management.
All users are encouraged to refer to these instructions regarding how to enter an event in the new version of VERITAS.
