Effective July 1, in an effort to ensure timely support, submitting a ticket on the SkyVU website will no longer be required. Instead, users can directly contact the department that oversees the function about the issue.
The SkyVU Support page on the SkyVU website has been updated with a list of contact points and the types of issues they can address.
Please visit the SkyVU website and click the support links on the right side of the page to review the list of contacts. Users also may continue to call (615) 322-0000 and select either Finance or Human Resources to be routed to those offices for assistance during normal business hours.
