On Friday, June 29, benefitexpress will be closing at 1 p.m. (including Customer Care) and will resume normal hours the following business day. In addition, on Wednesday, July 4, the benefitexpress offices will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
All emails and voicemails will be returned promptly the following business day. Please note: The Customer Care Center will operate with dedicated hours to return voicemails and emails between 6 and 8 p.m.
