Family Night with the Nashville Symphony set for June 7

What better way to spend time with family and friends on a summer evening than listening to live music at Centennial Park? Bring your favorite lawn chair, pack a picnic dinner and immerse yourself in an evening of popular classics at the Employee Appreciation Vanderbilt Family Night with the Nashville Symphony.

On Thursday, June 7, the Nashville Symphony will perform a selection of familiar music, from Bernstein’s Candid to the William Tell Overture to the Star Wars theme. The symphony will start its performance at 7:30 p.m. Come early to experience the Musicians Corner at the southwest corner of Centennial Park. Activities begin at 5 p.m.

Grab food from the food trucks and hang out with the family at the Musicians Corner Kidsville before the performance. Be sure to bring a blanket or lawn chair; early birds get the best spots.
