Caregiving can be challenging and cause one to experience many emotions, from anxiety to guilt. If you find yourself experiencing similar emotions, join us at noon Wednesday, May 16, to hear Cristy Degregory, a registered nurse and gerontologist at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.

Degregory’s talk, in Light Hall, Room 412, will cover the wide range of feelings that are associated with the caregiving role. Attendees will leave the session with a greater understanding of their own strengths as a caregiver and several new ideas to help deal with the everyday stresses of caregiving.
