As part of the Vanderbilt University and Medical Center reorganizations, Vanderbilt IT will continue its voice network separation project to realign phone lines by building. Users will experience little to no impact with these changes.
In addition, VUIT will upgrade desk phones to Skype for Business (Lync) phones. Customers upgrading to the new Skype for Business phones will receive training and user guides. Impacted users will receive additional instructions from their department leaders.
This project, part of VUIT’s transition efforts, is managed by the Transition Management Office (TMO). For more information on TMO projects, please visit the TMO’s website. For voice support, contact the Voice Services team at (615) 421-1611.
