Vanderbilt IT has released its annual Faculty and Staff Satisfaction Survey. This online survey is confidential and should take about five minutes to complete. Results will be used to further enhance VUIT service and support. The deadline to complete the survey is March 8, 2018. Upon completion of the survey, participants will have the option to enter a drawing to win one of three $100 Amazon gift cards.
VUIT has improved its services based on feedback received from last year’s faculty and staff survey. For example, VUIT is beginning to implement a security training program for the university community, is hosting classroom technology training sessions, and is upgrading technologies in classrooms.
