Attention commuters: Participate in survey on HOV lane effectiveness

Researchers at Vanderbilt University and Tennessee State University are conducting a study to explore use and efficiencies of our High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes. It has been reported that Tennessee HOV lanes have a violation rate of nearly 90 percent. Thus, the main goal of this study is to better understand and manage congestion along key highway corridors.
