Vendor to demonstrate new system for proposal submissions, grant and contract management Nov. 29Nov. 17, 2017, 4:47 PM
Sponsored Programs Administration, in partnership with department research administrators, has been evaluating potential vendors to replace Vanderbilt’s current systems for proposal submissions and grant and contract management (Coeus and PEER).
Requests for proposals were sent to four vendors. A working group was charged with evaluating the four products and selecting two finalists for further consideration.
The two finalists are Huron Research Suite (also known as Click) and InfoEd Global. Both vendors will visit campus to provide demonstrations.
Huron’s demonstration is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 29, in the Student Life Center Board of Trust Room. A session from 8:30 to 10 a.m. will be a pre-award functional demonstration, which will be of particular interest to faculty investigators and departmental administrators.
The InfoEd demonstration will be scheduled at a later date.
