Due to the Tennessee State Fair being held at the Nashville Fairgrounds from Sept. 4-22, VUMC employees who are attending eStar training at One Hundred Oaks (OHO) on these days should park in the alternate parking area at the Fairgrounds located off of Craighead Street. 
This alternative parking location only impacts weekdays (Sept. 4-8, 11-15, 18-22), as employees are able to park onsite at OHO in designated VUMC employee parking for weekend sessions.
The shuttle route has been adjusted to run from the alternate parking lot on the impacted dates, and security officers will be present in both the primary and alternate lots to help guide you. Directional signage will also be present.
As a reminder, if your class is scheduled for 6 p.m. or later at OHO, you may park onsite in designated VUMC employee parking.
An OHO parking permit is not required during evening hours (after 6 p.m.) or on weekends.
