Star Wars characters visited with patients at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt on May 4, a date known among Star Wars enthusiasts as “May the 4th be with you” day. The characters are members of the Mid-South chapter of the 501st Legion, a costuming organization that provides Star Wars experiences. They participated in an event in Seacrest Studios, playing Star Wars trivia and taking photos with patients and families.
