The Faculty Senate is conducting a survey to identify and address faculty levels of stress, burnout, well-being and resilience and to determine if available resources meet the needs of faculty. The survey results will inform the Faculty Senate Committee on Faculty Life as well as the Faculty Senate-appointed Task Force on Faculty Wellness.
The confidential, five-part survey powered by Survey Monkey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. Once completed, all data will be reviewed in aggregate, and no individual will be identified. IPS addresses are not being recorded. Data points with less than five responses will not be reported, and free text with identifiers of individuals will be removed. A summary of the results will be kept on the Faculty Senate Portal and presented at a Faculty Senate meeting in the fall.
Any questions related to the survey should be directed to the Faculty Senate at email@example.com or anonymously via the Faculty Senate Portal.
