Life Phase Series: De-stress with yoga on the lawn April 13

In the event of rain, join the 11:30 a.m. Vinyasa yoga class in S5 at the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center.

Join Lori Cowan, Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center group fitness coordinator, for a 45-minute outdoor yoga class that will rejuvenate and de-stress you while providing the opportunity to enjoy the spring weather on Vanderbilt’s campus. Yoga mats and equipment will be provided. Remember to wear comfortable clothing.

Cowan is a certified yoga instructor and has more than 20 years of teaching and management experience in the group fitness industry.

The event is sponsored by the VRWC and open to the Vanderbilt community.
