Phil Yu, who writes about race and the depiction of Asians in mass media and popular culture in his blog Angry Asian Man, will speak at Vanderbilt Thursday, March 30.

His visit, part of the ongoing Dean’s Diversity Lecture Series at Peabody College of education and human development, is open to faculty, staff, students and the public. Space is limited, so please register for this free event to reserve your seat.

The Dean’s Diversity Lecture Series, hosted by Camilla P. Benbow, Patricia and Rodes Hart Dean of Education and Human Development, is designed to encourage frank and open discussions about race, diversity and inclusion. This is the final installment of the series for the 2016-17 academic year.
