Join us Feb. 23 as we celebrate healthy eating at Vanderbilt with Chef Aaron Dilts. He will prepare Tilapia en Papillote with vegetables, a recipe you’ll want to serve again and again in 2017. Samples will be provided along with recipes complete with nutrition analysis.
Among his many accomplishments, Chef Dilts (along with Chef John Kelly) proudly represented Vanderbilt at the 2013 American Culinary Federation’s National Collegiate Dining Challenge, designed to celebrate the work of university chefs and their food-service teams. Their receipt of the Bronze Medal is testimony of their leadership in the food industry in terms of creativity, health and nutrition, focus on local foods, market trends, technology and sustainability.
The event is open to the Vanderbilt community. Vandy Cooks demonstrations are offered monthly to celebrate healthy eating at Vanderbilt.
