Films from Russia, India, Australia, Germany, Iran, the United States and more make up the spring lineup of movies in the International Lens Film Series. Designed to spotlight films with a global perspective, the series also provides a forum to promote conversation among Vanderbilt’s diverse community of students, faculty and staff.
Featured films include Karski and the Lords of Humanity, English Vinglish, 13th, Embrace and The Mistake (Die Verfehlung). Most films are screened at Sarratt Cinema at 7:30 p.m., and admission is free. The series, a collaboration among the Dean of Students office and departments, centers and programs across the university, opened on Jan. 18 and runs through April.
