With the fall semester winding down, the Blackboard support team at the Center for Teaching has already begun working with many instructors around campus to ready spring courses.
If you plan to work on your Blackboard courses during the winter holiday, the Blackboard support team will be available to help via email at blackboard@vanderbilt.edu. Please note that the team’s last day of regular office hours will be Thursday, Dec. 22. They will continue providing support via email during limited hours during the break, and will be back to their regular schedule Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017.
Winter Holiday schedule:
Friday, Dec. 22 through Sunday, Dec. 25: Out of office
Monday, Dec. 26 through Friday, Dec. 30: 10 a.m.–noon and 7–9 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 31 through Monday, Jan. 2: Out of office
Regular support hours:
5 p.m.–11 p.m. Sundays
7 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday through Thursday
7 a.m.–5 p.m. Fridays
