CRP: ‘Parent-Based Sleep Education in Autism’ Nov. 4

community-research-partners-logoCommunity Research Partners presents “Parent-Based Sleep Education in Autism: A Community-Academic Research Partnership” from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4. The event will be held at Redeeming Grace Church, located at 1113 Murfreesboro Rd., Suite 310, in Franklin, Tennessee.

The collaboration between Mercy Community Healthcare, Vanderbilt University and the Meharry-Vanderbilt Community Engaged Research Core will be featured.

Presenters will discuss the mission behind the project, how ideas were developed and the role of community input, the results of the research project, its impact on the community, future directions for research, and the lessons learned from participants.

Presenters are Dr. Marcy Webb, Mercy Community Healthcare; and Dr. Beth Malow, Burry Chair in Cognitive Childhood Development, Vanderbilt University.

The event is sponsored by the Meharry-Vanderbilt Community Engaged Research Core.
